Fun With Fringe

Fun With Fringe

If you’re glued to all social media outlets like me, then it probably seemed like everyone and their mom was at Coachella these past few weekends. Now I’m definitely not the music festival type, but I do love to look at all the styles around the festival. I think we can all agree that Coachella is up there on the list for fashion inspiration event of the year!

A trend we’ve been seeing at all the festivals (& on the streets) this year is f r i n g e. What I love about it is that there are SO many ways to wear it. Some fringe pieces I’ve been crushing on lately are these shoes from Free People, this pair of shorts from Blank NYC, and this top from Tinsel.

The top I’m wearing here is from Design History which is sold at Bloomingdale’s. Their collections are so easy to wear that I can definitely see myself taking this look past a festival themed look. The top I’m currently wearing is sold out but here is a similar style…and love the off-the-shoulder! I paired it with these frayed jeans from Zara. I love the way they hang over my peep toe booties from Urban Outfitters. I grabbed them on an end-of-season sale last year but here are some similar ones I’ve found that are still in stock without the peep toe.

Not heading to a music festival anytime soon like the rest of us? Wear this look for a fun night out instead! The f r i n g e & f r a y e d trend is going to be a huge hit for this summer!
