I think we can all agree that Monday’s are hard. Every Sunday we face the intimidation of the entire week starring us down. We look at our work calendar, social schedule and to-do list and are already dreading everything we have planned. Instead of letting the intimidation exponentially grow, there are some things we can do on Sunday nights to make for a better Monday. Some things I like to do are..
- Plan my outfit for the next day. Deciding what I’m going to wear is really exciting for me (hence my FASHION blog), so this is naturally something that makes me happy.
- Check your to-do list and try to cross a few things off. This seems like something you might not want to do before you start your Monday but it really helps me know that I’m already making progress on a few things. Juggling my blogging schedule and work schedule can get hectic during the week so crossing off those to-do’s in advance really help me!
- Meal prep. Now, I’m not much of a cook…and love my indulgences into extremely unhealthy food but planning out my meals for at least that Monday and Tuesday really help me conquer other important things. Also, if I plan something fun for lunch on a Monday, I’m more motivated to get my day going.
